The manufacturer rates it for pets up to 30 lbs.

Two adjustable headrest straps with metal clips anchor it to the seat, and a clip on safety tether is fitted inside. There is a storage pocket on the front panel.

The cover unzips and the sponge inserts pull out, so the cover can be washed separately.
